RateWatch360 is a free rate-monitoring tool from Go Direct Lenders, LLC (NMLS #1028986). It is not a loan application, an offer of credit or a commitment to lend. By using it, you agree to these terms.

1. What RateWatch360 does

You tell us about your current mortgage and the rate drop you’re waiting for. Each business day we compare that with our rate sheet and email you if the market reaches your target. The rate sheet shows averages for sample loan scenarios described on our homepage; it is not a quote for your loan.

2. Not an offer of credit

Rates, payments and savings shown on the site and in emails are estimates for illustration. Your actual rate, APR and costs depend on your credit, loan-to-value, property, loan program and market conditions when you apply, and you may not qualify. Refinancing may increase the total finance charges you pay over the life of the loan. Talk to a licensed loan officer before making any decision.

3. Alerts are best-effort

We work to make alerts accurate and timely, but they can be delayed, missed or wrong, for example if market data is late, an email is filtered as spam, or the details you entered are out of date. Don’t rely on RateWatch360 as your only way of tracking rates. We send at most one alert per rate drop and re-arm it when rates rise back above your target.

5. Emails, calls and texts

By switching on a rate watch you agree to receive rate alerts and account emails, and to be contacted by Go Direct Lenders about refinancing, as described in the consent you gave. Consent isn’t a condition of any purchase.

Text alerts (optional). If you choose text alerts, RateWatch360 (Go Direct Lenders, LLC) will text the mobile number you give us when rates reach your target, plus a confirmation when you sign up. Message frequency varies, usually about one message per rate drop. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or contact us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We don’t share your mobile number or text opt-in with anyone for marketing.

6. Agent partner program

Real estate agents may share RateWatch360 with their clients through a personal link. Partners receive no payment, fee or thing of value for referrals, consistent with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). Recognition points and tiers measure use of the tool only and have no cash value. We may change or end the program, or remove a partner, at any time.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no signing up other people without their permission, no automated scraping or bulk sign-ups, no attempts to break or overload the site, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Our content

The RateWatch360 name, logo, site and emails belong to Go Direct Lenders, LLC. You may use them only to use the service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any rate will be available to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Go Direct Lenders is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses from a missed, late or inaccurate alert. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

11. Ending the service

You can stop using RateWatch360 at any time. We may change, suspend or end the service, or these terms, and will post changes here with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law.
