Equal Housing Lender
We do business in accordance with the federal Fair Housing Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. We don’t discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, disability, familial status, receipt of public assistance, or the good-faith exercise of rights under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
Not a commitment to lend
Nothing on this site or in our emails is an offer of credit, a loan approval or a rate lock. All loans are subject to credit approval, underwriting, property and program guidelines. Rates and terms change daily and may not be available to every borrower.
About our rate sheet
The rates and APRs on our homepage are the average of what Go Direct Lenders’ wholesale lending partners offer each business day for specific sample loan scenarios, with no discount points. The full assumptions for each loan type (loan amount, loan-to-value, credit score, occupancy, lock period, and any mortgage insurance or funding fee) are shown under the rate sheet on the homepage. Payments shown are principal and interest only; taxes and insurance will make the actual payment higher. By refinancing an existing loan, total finance charges may be higher over the life of the loan.
Government loan programs
FHA, VA and other government-backed programs are subject to the rules of those programs. Go Direct Lenders is not affiliated with or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Federal Housing Administration or any other government agency.
Texas consumers
Texas consumer complaint and recovery fund information is available in the Texas Recovery Fund Notice.
